PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To ensure all children at the play area are playing safely in a positive environment. Playground attendants are responsible for the care and supervision of children. They must ensure that parents constantly see an efficient and caring organization.

  • Ensure and supervise safe play for the children.
  • Maintains a fun and playful environment at the playground.
  • Provides support needed to create a memorable and inclusive experience for the guests
  • Meet, greet, and engage customers (parents and kids) in conversations.
  • To inform the supervisor and or manager of any problem or incident arising within the playground.
  • Explains the rules of safe play prior to boarding the kids to the park attractions, rides, and slides.
  • To ensure kids exits the park attractions, rides, and slides safely.
  • To ensure children meet the appropriate height and age for specific park attractions, rides, and slides.
  • To comply with the company's Standard Operating Procedures.
  • To enforce health and safety policies and regulations.
  • To complete checklists assigned by the HSE and Facilities Manager and submit in a timely manner
  • To attend and participate in staff trainings and weekly meetings.
  • To complete all other duties as assigned by Park Supervisor and Park Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS and OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Must have prior experience in such position or similar
  • To have an attested Secondary degree and above
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Must be flexible with work shifts
  • Must be child friendly and active

Salary:
From AED3,000.00 per month
