Role Purpose:


The purpose of this job to carry out general driving duties in order to transport the relevant staff and materials.


Key Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Transportation of DCAA staff, delegations, VIP, guests to locations in UAE for official purpose during duty hours and off duty hours, if required.
  • Transportation of material for DCAA events, official meetings, training, etc
  • Deliver and collect mail, documentation, memos or other such items from to the requested locations within organization and outside the organization.
  • Ensure the section vehicle is serviceable at all times reporting any faults or accidents to the vehicles incharge.
  • Depositing cash and Cheques in the Bank related to DCAA, as per the instruction of the Finance.
  • Dispatching invoices and collect Cheques from the customers as per the instruction of the Finance.
  • Maintaining the safety of passengers and Materials.
  • Perform any jobrelated activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.
  • Dispatching and collect items as per concerned department/ Section request.
  • Do not use the vehicle for personal purposes.

Academic Qualifications:

  • Preparatory qualification and High school qualification is preferred.

Certifications:

  • N/A

Professional Experience:

  • Holding valid U.A.E's driving license for light vehicles.
  • Ability to understand and speak English & Arabic.
  • 2 years of similar working experience.
