***- To welcome guests and answer all inquiries with patience whilst observing set standards.

Have complete knowledge of the classes and services offered, and any promotions that may be on offer at the time.
To ensure promotion and selling of memberships are made to maximize the business and aim to give all clientele the best possible service
To take payments for athletic club services/bookings and handle cash/credit card transactions.
Schedule reservations of tennis courts, and classes for guests and monitor availability and staff to ensure prompt service.
Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities and activities.
Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests.

Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisor
