Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support and advice to various senior stakeholders in the business.
  • Participate in the preparation of legal documentation related to the daytoday management of the various operating entities.
  • Provide legal advice and contribute to analyses relating to corporate governance issues, dispute resolution, and other legal matters.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to maximize negotiations and minimize risk.
  • Review and negotiate commercial contracts with clients, partners, suppliers, and other third parties.
  • Cooperate with various government bodies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Demonstrated experience in contributing to the legal framework in largescale greenfield manufacturing operations.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and other relevant legal areas.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
