Job Title:
Housekeeping Supervisor

Location:

Salary:
Up to 3,200 AED

Responsibilities:

Supervision: Lead and supervise the housekeeping team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality cleaning services.

Task Assignment: Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to housekeeping staff, ensuring all areas are covered and standards are met.

Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.

Training: Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities, placing orders as needed.

Guest Interaction: Address guest concerns and requests promptly, ensuring a positive and responsive experience.

Schedule Management: Efficiently manage staff schedules, taking into account peak periods and special events.

Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on housekeeping performance, including any challenges or areas for improvement.

Adherence to Standards: Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, company policies, and procedures.


Requirements:

Supervisory Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory role within the housekeeping department.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Time Management: Efficiently manage time to coordinate cleaning schedules and meet deadlines.
