The Role

Identifying potential leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking events, and social media to generate sales while increasing customer retention using
CRMsoftware. Utilizing
CRMplatforms effectively to track interactions, record customer data, and manage sales pipelines efficiently. Providing excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, following up on leads, and maintaining regular communication to build and strengthen relationships.

CRMsoftware and a track record of achieving sales goals and targets.
