Job description:


  • Responsible for altering, repairing, or modifying garments for customers based on their specifications, needs, and preferences.
  • Take customers' measurements, assist in fabric selection, and arrange fittings to determine whether additional adjustments are needed.
  • Proper briefing to the customer going on the alteration procedures to avoid any misunderstandings between self and customer.
  • Ensure customer briefing and consent is done if additional material is required for alteration.
  • Ensure quality of work (doublecheck the work, no pin is left within the dress)
  • Assuring the Timely & Accurate delivery of work
  • Ensuring all the documentation related to the alteration is done on time ( Fill alteration form & customer delivery from)

Customer orientation:


  • Ensure all communication is in English.
  • Ensure all information and data to be provided to the Store manager/ Supervisor, MD and customers.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
