Data Entry Clerk - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Hireget
Description
Responsibilities:
- Enter data from source documents into our databases accurately and efficiently.
- Verify the accuracy of data input and correct any errors or discrepancies.
- Update and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other records with new information as needed.
- Perform regular data quality checks to ensure consistency and completeness of data.
- Assist with data cleanup, validation, and formatting to improve data integrity.
- Retrieve and compile data from various sources for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Generate routine reports and summaries based on data input and analysis.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and best practices for data management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data entry and information security.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy and speed.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
