Responsibilities:


  • Enter data from source documents into our databases accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify the accuracy of data input and correct any errors or discrepancies.
  • Update and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other records with new information as needed.
  • Perform regular data quality checks to ensure consistency and completeness of data.
  • Assist with data cleanup, validation, and formatting to improve data integrity.
  • Retrieve and compile data from various sources for reporting and analysis purposes.
  • Generate routine reports and summaries based on data input and analysis.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and best practices for data management.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data entry and information security.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy and speed.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
