About the role


The Executive Assistant, Finance, will be managing the daily operations of the Senior Vice President office, by providing high-level administrative support, detailed and complexed calendar, ensuring documentation, reports and correspondence are prepared and presented prior to each daily, weekly, and bi-weekly team meetings/conference calls.

You will be the point of contact for the Finance team, internal and any external stakeholders.


You will also liaise between the team and other operational or relevant departments and organise meetings, conference calls, and presentations on behalf of the SVP, Finance which may involve internal or external customers, whilst ensuring meeting materials, reports and correspondence are prepared and presented prior to each daily, weekly, and bi-weekly team meetings/conference calls.


Other responsibilities will also include keeping a task list for follow up for the SVP, Finance and preparing meeting notes and action plan lists based on meetings conducted as required from time to time, and arrange travel schedule, reservations, and visa requirements.


About you


You will also have exceptional spoken and written English, have superior administration and organisation skills, as well as time management, meticulous attention to detail and be comfortable working in a fast-paced pressurised environment.
