About the Role
The Guest Relations Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and effectively coordinates the hostess team. Core responsibilities include welcoming and seating guests, estimating wait times, and meeting individual preferences and requests. Handling phone inquiries regarding the menu, seating, and feedback is also part of the role.

Furthermore, the Guest Relations Executive supervises the hostess team, managing wait times, task allocation, and seating arrangements. They maintain waiting lists, reservations, and seating charts throughout service, constantly monitoring dining rooms for guest well-being.

Effective communication with the Restaurant Manager and front-of-house staff is key, as is training and developing new hostesses. Compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and reporting of incidents is essential.

Building rapport with repeat guests to foster loyalty and boost revenue, along with a comprehensive understanding of resort facilities and offerings, including promotions and special events, rounds out the role's responsibilities.
