Description

Telesales representatives work as part of a Business Development team. By contacting customers directly by telephone to attract clients for company services. An effective telesales representative builds repeat sales through strong customer relationships by focusing on customers' wants and needs.

The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in new customers and developing the business.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound call/ cold call to potential customers to promote management/ Sell/ rent their properties.
Identify the quality leads, understand customer needs and effectively communicate product features & benefits.
Meeting weekly and monthly sales targets by closing deals and achieving the revenue goal.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customers interactions including follow up actions in the CRM system.
Build the natural positive relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Provide excellent customer service, address queries and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
Take and process orders in accurate manner.
Go the "extra mile" to meet the target quota and facilitate the future sales.

Requirements and skills

Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Result driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Excellent negotiation & closing skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Excellent knowledge of English and any other foreign language will be a plus point.
