Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome guests and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations for clients, staff, and executives.
  • Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and a professional appearance at all times.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and faxing.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including sorting, distributing, and logging deliveries.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests, handle special accommodations, and address any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain records and databases, update contact information, and generate reports as needed.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders and restocking as necessary.
  • Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service, reception, or office administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests, clients, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
