Role and Responsibilities:

As an HR Executive at MANNOL Group, you will play a pivotal role in managing various aspects of human resources while focusing on worker skill development and staff welfare.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:


  • Implementing effective HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop a talented workforce.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Identifying training and development needs within the organization and designing appropriate programs.
  • Collaborating with department managers to assess and address skill gaps.
  • Promoting employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive work culture.
  • Handling employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. 7. Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role.
  • Indepth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Strong understanding of worker skill development and training methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Detailoriented and organized, with excellent time management skills.

Salary:
AED3, AED10,000 per month


Experience:


UAE HR:
5 years (required)

Manufacturing Industry: 3 years (required)


Language:
Arabic (required), English


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
