Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:


  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare travel itineraries, ensuring all arrangements align with the CEO's preferences and business needs.
  • Manage the CEO's calendar efficiently, prioritizing appointments, meetings, and events to optimize time management.

Communication Management:


  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders seeking access to the CEO, exercising discretion and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents on behalf of the CEO, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Information Management:


  • Organize and maintain the CEO's files, records, and documents, ensuring easy accessibility and confidentiality.
  • Conduct research and compile information as requested by the CEO, providing comprehensive and accurate data for decisionmaking and strategic planning.
  • Prepare briefing materials and presentations for meetings, ensuring the CEO is adequately informed and prepared for engagements.

Office Management:


  • Oversee the CEO's office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities, to ensure a conducive working environment.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate the resolution of administrative issues and ensure seamless workflow within the organization.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Secretary, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in office management software (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Workspace) and the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships at all levels.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and matters.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a positive attitude and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Salary:
AED5, AED8,000.00 per month
