Role Overview:

As an Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our daily operations.

Your attention to detail, communication skills, and proactive approach will contribute to the exceptional service we provide to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Generate and submit daily reports concerning the status of vehicles and drivers.
Maintain accurate records of driver activities and vehicle maintenance.
Engage with new clients and investors, showcasing our services and building positive relationships.
Skillfully address walkin inquiries, providing comprehensive information about our offerings.
Monitor and follow up on driver installments to ensure compliance.
Exhibit flexibility in embracing new challenges and tasks as they arise.

Requirements:

Previous experience in operations or a related field is preferred.
Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Customercentric mindset with a knack for handling client interactions.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with the transportation industry and its operational dynamics is a plus.
Willingness to adapt and take on new responsibilities with enthusiasm.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

Salary:
