Responsibilities:


Sales Generation:

Proactively approach customers to promote and sell credit cards and personal loans, ensuring achievement of sales targets and objectives.


Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.


Product Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of the credit card and personal loans products, their features, benefits, and eligibility criteria, in order to effectively communicate and present them to customers.


Compliance:
Ensure strict adherence to banking regulations, policies, and procedures while completing all necessary documentation accurately and efficiently.

Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions related to credit cards and personal loans, and provide feedback to management for product development and improvement.


Requirements:


  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build rapport.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and effectively manage time and priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements related to credit cards and personal loans.

Job Types:
Full-time, Commission, Permanent


Salary:
AED AED5,000.00 per month
