Description
Ensure the completion of accounting entries based on regular timing and

posting them to the correct accounts.

  • Deposit cash and cheques to the bank on a daily basis.
  • Reconciliation of customer ledgers with physical records on timely basis.
  • Analyze and interpret financial reports, identify trends and make
recommendations when necessary.

  • Review and reconcile financial discrepancies in expenses by collecting and
analyzing account information and provide the same reports to manager.

  • Assist to investigate and resolve all outstanding transactions, audit procedure
and to carry out day to day operational functions.

  • Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices, Followups on receivables
and ability to minimize total outstanding.

  • Perform accounting processes such as posting journal entries, updating
transactions and monthly closing of books as per accounting standards.

  • Perform other day to day tasks as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Finance


Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Accounts and Finance functions, 1 year of which as an Assistant Accountant.


Pay:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
