Description

PRO is responsible for coordinating and liaising between the company and Government organizations/ authorities and providing a key interface between the two.

Responsibilities:

Provide quick, efficient, and reliable services for all government and ministryrelated jobs such as visas, medical examinations, business licenses, OHC, and miscellaneous jobs related to immigration, ministry of labor, and consulates.
Adhering to the regular amendments in rules and regulations within very short notice and responding effectively to the demands of the business and employees.
Responsible to administer the following and liaise with local UAE government authorities:
Obtain new employment visas/work permits.
Monitor and renew employee residence permits and labor contracts.
Facilitate and followup cancellation of visas.
Facilitate medical/ police procedures based on the situation.
Administer company and partner companies' licenses with various UAE government authorities i.e., DED, DDA, DMCC, and municipality.
Provide expert advice to businesses and employees on all visa/ labor formalities and all other governmentrelated procedures.
Accountable for maintaining accurate records for all above services.

Requirements:

Bachelors' degree in management or relevant field.
Selfdriven, confident, and passionate about the restaurant industry/local brands.
Valid UAE Driving License
Good computer skills (MS Office)
