Business Development Executive


Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and resilient business development executive to contribute to the growth of our company.

In this position, the successful individual will be expected to grow and maintain excellent communication and relations with associate Real Estate Agencies, Agents and potential and existing clients.

Add value to the Business offering overall by keeping updated with the fast-paced industry and being involved in improving client and business partner services.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Develop a Real Estate Agency network.
  • Form a close working relationship with Real Estate Agencies and departments within the company to ensure we deliver worldclass value to our clients and business partners.
  • Having good knowledge of the industry and keeping up to date with the industry news, and regulations that affect product value and positioning.
  • Prepare your own presentation material and be ready holding presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
  • Researching, planning, and implementing updates and improvements in project presentations.
  • Assist Associate Real Estate Agents to close property sales.
  • Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payments received.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects on the CRM (customer relationship management) system.
  • Proactively communicate and engage new prospects sourced through various mediums this could include direct calls, inperson meetings, social media, etc.
  • Reviewing clients' feedback, suggesting necessary changes and taking charge at ensuring steps are taken to implement positive necessary change.
  • Perform other adhoc tasks as needed by management.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 23 years' experience in a client relationship position

Remuneration:

AED 5,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of all allowances + Incentives

Career growth

In-house training and constant support from the team


Salary:
AED5, AED7,000.00 per month


Experience:

- business development executive: 2 years (preferred)
Business Developments: 2 years (preferred)

  • Dubai (required)
