Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office administrative duties, including correspondence, scheduling, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
- Address employee queries and concerns and help resolve HRrelated issues.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 01 year of work experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
