Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage office administrative duties, including correspondence, scheduling, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
  • Address employee queries and concerns and help resolve HRrelated issues.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 01 year of work experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
