Description

Thallium Consulting is seeking to hire a Paralegal for its office located in JLT, Dubai.

Your missions will be as detailed below:
-
Conducting legal and factual research in English as well in Arabic;:

Drafting legal correspondences, letters of engagement etc.
Translating documents and/or proofreading legal translation of documents from Arabic to English (vice versa);
Keeping law library uptodate.
Case management including organization and tracking case files in a paper or electronic filing system;
Must have strong knowledge of corporate law including company formation
Performing due diligence on contracts and business agreements;
When necessary preparing and drafting court memorandums, statements of case etc. for litigious work before the UAE Courts (in Arabic);
Contributing to the monthly newsletter;

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in law, knowledge of corporate, civil and commercial law in the UAE;
Experience of at least 3 years in the UAE in a paralegal role;
Language: It is mandatory to be perfectly fluent in
English and
Arabic (written/spoken);
Ability to work in a foreign or multicultural management environment and with minimum supervision;
Highest ethical standards;
Highly responsible, organized, motivated;
Good knowledge of Microsoft office and legal databases;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

AED 8,000 per month (depending on experience we can propose a higher salary)
