Room Availability and Inventory Management:
Monitor room availability and manage the hotel's room inventory effectively. Coordinate with the front desk and housekeeping to ensure all reservations are correctly recorded and rooms are properly assigned.
Rate Management:
Stay updated on current room rates, promotions, and packages to provide guests with accurate pricing information and maximize revenue opportunities.
Upselling and Cross-Selling:
Offer additional services, upgrades, or amenities to guests to enhance their experience and increase revenue for the hotel.
