Job Location:
Sharjah, UAE About the Client: A performing arts academy based in UAE

Job Description:

Responsible for all alumni activities and relations such as developing and implementing the Academy Alumni Office strategy, budget allocation, and monitoring expenses.
Provide support to students in their career planning, job search, selfassessment, decisionmaking, and professional development through conducting oneonone advising, workshops, coaching, and seminars.
Represent the Academy in significant Alumni Office events and promote alumni benefits to graduating students and encourage participation in alumni initiatives.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with alumni locally, regionally and internationally.
Work in collaboration with Program Leaders, faculty, staff and alumni to develop new leads for internships, job shadowing and fulltime positions.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Open to UAE nationals
47 years old and below
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, HR, Marketing, Public Relations or related field
Minimum 7 years of experience in the same role from a higher education system (tertiary/university/college level)
Ability to coach students and alumni regarding career development, job searching, resume and cover letter writing, and interview preparation
