About Us

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Traveling to patients' homes and managing their care plans according to physicians' instructions.
  • Supervise and monitor the safety of the patient under your care. Provide emotional support and companionship for all clients.
  • Respect confidentiality of patient information by ensuring that nursing documents and conversations pertaining to patient care are secure.
  • Assist in providing a clean & safe care environment.
  • Adhere to Infection Control Policies and Procedures at all times. Adhere to Health and Safety Policies and Procedures. Report all incidents/concerns to the Nursing coordinator /Nursing Manager as soon as possible.
  • Take responsibility for own developmental learning and performance.
  • Maintain a professional attitude at all times.
  • Administering medication and insulin, and completing blood pressure, glucose, urine, and stool tests. Inspecting wounds, changing dressings, and handling personal grooming and hygiene.
  • Testing for bedsores, and any signs of infection.
  • Responsible to take care of patients with dialysis kidney and tumours.
  • Take care of pregnant mother and new born baby.
  • Take care of patients with Alzheimer's and Parkinsons diseases. Monitoring vital signs and follow medication as per Physicians order

Job Qualifications and Skills:


  • BSc Nursing Degree or Diploma in Nursing / Caregiver certificate
  • Valid registration / license in country of graduation.
  • All educational certificates attested.
  • DHA License or eligibility.
  • Valid BLS Certification
  • Arabic speaker would be an advantage
  • 12 years' experience in home country.
  • Experience in critical patients or ICU environment
  • Experience in handling patient with PEG Tube, Tracheostomy and Foley 's Catheter
  • Experience in elderly care/ bedridden patients'
  • Colostomy care experience will be additional prioritized

Location:
Dubai (Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work)
