Real Estate Administrator - Media City, United Arab Emirates - Luxsar immo Properties
Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the daytoday operations, including office administration, records management, and correspondence.
- Provide highlevel administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and preparing materials.
- Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
- Manage and coordinate real estate transactions, including the purchase, sale, and leasing of properties.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports
- Assist with the organization and execution of company events and meetings
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Assist with project coordination and followup tasks
- Provide support to other team members as needed
- Conduct interviews via phone or inperson
Requirements:
- Proven 1 year experience as a real estate administrative coordinator or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Experience with office equipment, such as printers and fax machines
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

From AED4,000.00 per month
