Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and manage the daytoday operations, including office administration, records management, and correspondence.
  • Provide highlevel administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and preparing materials.
  • Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
  • Manage and coordinate real estate transactions, including the purchase, sale, and leasing of properties.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports
  • Assist with the organization and execution of company events and meetings
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Assist with project coordination and followup tasks
  • Provide support to other team members as needed
  • Conduct interviews via phone or inperson

Requirements:


  • Proven 1 year experience as a real estate administrative coordinator or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Experience with office equipment, such as printers and fax machines
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

Salary:
From AED4,000.00 per month
