Description
Explore overseas markets, identify suitable importers and appoint Distributors on assessment of their capabilities to meet corporate objectives- Guide the distributors to perform in a professional manner in areas of orders forecast, inventories, distribution, market coverage, retailing, merchandising & product visibility
- Provide leadership in a manner that the whole team is committed to meet and exceed targets.
- Maintain strong relationship with key decision makers and buyers. Give product presentations to their relevant team members appraising them of the brand superiority
Mandatory Skill Set
- Proven working experience.
- Excellent writing and speaking in English
- Strong communication and negotiation skill
- Advanced Microsoft excel knowledge
Experience:
- Minimum 23 years of experience in export sales in personal care, home appliance, beauty device or mobile accessories
Education:
- Bachelor's (required)
