Description

1.
DESIGN

  • Work closely with the design team to plan and visualize construction projects.
  • Present and explain visuals to the team and clients.
  • Ensure all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible.
  • Create static visualizations and animations.
  • Work with industrystandard design tools and programs.
  • Visualize building concepts in various graphic mediums.
  • Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices.
  • Carry out such other duties which are consistent with the nature and responsibilities of the role.

2.
TECHNICAL AND QA/QC

  • Produce drawings in accordance with company guidelines and within project deadlines under supervision.
  • Use Company file naming and information filing standards and follow quality standards in overall work.
  • Understand building construction to at least a basic level.
  • Perform personal QA/QC check of own work and drawings before presenting for review.
  • Conduct research on suppliers and building materials as required.
  • Fill in and submit timesheets in a timely manner and observe attendance procedures.
  • Risk management is aware of responsibilities as an architect, inform the project leaders of issues and be aware of and manages the risks identified by the project risk register.
  • Keeping accurate records of meeting actions and follow up in a timely manner alerting others were required.

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)
