Maximum Salary: 6,000 AED

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized and anticipatory service to guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met seamlessly.
Assist guests with checkin, escort them to their accommodations, and provide a comprehensive introduction to the facilities.
Coordinate and manage guest requests, including dining reservations, transportation, and special arrangements.
Oversee the cleanliness and presentation of assigned guest areas, including bedrooms, living spaces, and private lounges.
Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages according to guest preferences.
Assist with packing and unpacking of luggage, and handle laundry and wardrobe management.
Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality regarding guest information and preferences.
Coordinate with other staff members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Perform various personal assistant duties for guests, such as arranging appointments and reservations.
Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests.

Requirements:

Fluent in Tagalog, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience as a Butler or in a similar role in a luxury hospitality setting.
Impeccable grooming and presentation, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain composure and provide exceptional service in highpressure situations.
Willingness to stay in companyprovided accommodation.
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of etiquette and cultural sensitivity.
Physical fitness to perform tasks related to guest services.
