We are in search for multiple Interns who will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the Voluntary Online Competitions and Events for the School Students all over the world.

The Interns will be supporting the team while learning valuable skills related to HR, Events, Social Media Planning and Marketing.

You will be reporting to Students Factory HR and Event Manager


HR Intern Responsibilities:
Assist in day to day HR Activities

Assist in conducting Interview and related activities

Creating Instruction Sheets

Keep a track of Training and Certificate Delivery

Assist other departments in making sure instructions are distributed among the involved parties

Keeping track of daily work schedule, task updates and rules are being followed

Assist in planning and executing Online Competitions

Assist students with online language training

Assist with evaluation of the students skills and giving points

Assist in data entry of students

Manage Records

Interaction with users in setting up Scheduled Sessions

Research the Internet for new leads and develop prospect lists

Assist with Event planning and lead generation

Developing Contents and sharing it in your personal Social Media and publish on other websites

APP Testing

Conducting Voluntary programs

Support the development of new and innovative competition and event

Conduct market research and take on additional duties and responsibilities, as needed

Job type :
Flexible 5 hrs. per day

Please note, this is an internship that is strictly for College Students for which we support Students for University Credits, however after completion a certificate of internship will be provide and based on your performance a Recommendation Letter will be provided.

You will also be able to attend multiple online trainings by our Certified Trainer and Initiator Educator Award holder of Hamdan Award and India Education Icon Award.
