Role Profile/Job Description

Role:
Officer, Telesales Unit

Role Purpose:
Participate in the achievement of Tele-calling activities assigned to the Telesales Unit.

Reports direct to:
Team Leader, Telesales Unit

Key Accountabilities of the role Results Required

  • Execute Telecalling activities as assigned to the
    Ensure that the monthly individual targets team, assigned by the management are achieved:
  • Enhance ENR / Takaful sales, card activation Ensure no Fatal Errors are committed rates, control customer attrition,
    Positive customer feedback:

Ensure minimum requirement of calls are made, Ensure customer queries are resolved within:


  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and agreed TAT procedures, Deliver professionalism when dealing with:
  • Ensuring guidelines are adhered to and call customers and other departments quality is maintained while interacting with clients,
  • Support an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort and
  • Ensure deliverables are of the right level of service.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Display flexibility in dealing with clients and other team members
  • Customer service skills in order to resolve customer complaints

Previous experience required (if any)

  • Previous banking experience in similar role
  • Fair understanding of product and services provided by the bank
  • Understanding of customer relationships
  • Good interpersonal & convincing skills
  • Basic MS Office skills

Experience:

- telemarketer: 2 years (required)
