Description

We are looking to hire a Business Development Executive for a recruitment company in Dubai and Abu Dhabi to work remotely.


While working remotely, you will be required to collaborate with team members / Management via online platforms such as Zoho Meetings, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams etc.

Main Responsibilities

  • Generate leads via Online platforms, Social Media platforms, Telephone, Video links, and FacetoFace meetings.
  • Pitch Recruitment (Staff Hiring) and HR services to the decision makers of new or existing clients
  • Visiting clients by arranging appointments or walkins
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships and establishing rapport with new and existing Clients
  • Negotiating and renegotiating contracts with clients
  • Generate revenue by closing deals on time
  • Strong Computer Skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, ans Excel) and CRM/Saleforce experience preferred.
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations / workload.
  • Ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Requirements:


  • Age: Between 25 to 35 Years old
  • English is mandatory
  • Bacholars Degree Preferred
  • Strong Computer Skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, ans Excel) and CRM/Saleforce experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
