Habico Properties are looking for a creative and adaptable person to work as a social media manager and multimedia content creator on our team.

Proficiency with professional-grade cameras for video production and mobile device management for on-the-go content capture are necessary for this position.

The ideal applicant should come up with original ideas for content creation, and maintaining social media accounts. Script writer would be an added advantage.


Responsibilities:

Camera Operation:
_

  • Proficiently operate professional cameras and mobile devices for video production, ensuring highquality footage, capturing supplementary content as needed, maintaining consistency in style and quality across platforms.

Content Creation:
_

  • Create original and captivating video content concepts that complement the goals and target market of the company.
  • Carry out video shoots, taking care of setup, lighting, framing, and recording.
  • Use necessary editing tools to polish video footage to improve storytelling and visual appeal.

Social Media Management:
_

  • Manage and curate content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, followership, and brand awareness.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Idea Generation:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop script ideas for video content.
  • Edit scripts for clarity, coherence, and alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance content quality and relevance.

Requirements:


  • Demonstrated proficiency with mobile devices and professional cameras for video production.
  • Good software proficiency for video editing.
  • Thorough knowledge of social media sites and the best methods for interaction and content production.
  • The ability to think creatively and solve problems while having an excellent sense of design and detail.
  • The capacity to operate both alone and together in a deadlinedriven, fastpaced setting.
  • The ability to adjust to shifting demands and priorities.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
