SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Job Summary:


The job holder of this position has a key role of facilitating and processing the Government related transactions, interactions with official authorities and ensuring that company and employees' official and legal documents are issued and renewed on time in alignment with UAE regulations.

This position reports to HR Manager and will be based in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicates with contacts at all levels in the organization and externally in order to support the entire organization and its employees with the official requirements
  • Act as the main point of contact with government entities like: Ministry of Human Resources, Municipality, Court, Muror and build up a strong social network to ensure company official transactions are running smoothly and efficiently as per UAE regulations
  • Advice management and company employees on latest UAE regulations
  • Support on issuing company governmental licenses and coordinate inspections conducted by government authority personnel to ensure we are aligned with legal requirements
  • Coordinate, follow up and provides documents required by Civil Defense to issue licenses of fireproof, factory and others to ensure timely compliance with requirements
  • Renew the company Emirates Post Group yearly
  • Ensure company employees residency visas and work permits are issued on time and plays a key role of sorting out any issues that may arise during issuing or renewing residency or work permit visas
  • Initiate reporting legal cases in court and followup the case to ensure Jotun rights are reserved
  • Support and handle company accommodation documentation and requirements specifically at time of transfer
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER


What we look for:

  • Emirati nationals are prioritized (Government initiative)
  • Bachelor's Education Degree is required
  • Fluency in Arabic and English languages are required due to the job nature of interacting with Government entities
  • Minimum of 2 years and maximum of 7 years' experience is required in the same field of handling government transactions in UAE.
  • Valid Light vehicle UAE Driving license is required.
