Head Chef Specialized in American Cuisine and Fast Food

We are seeking to hire a professional Head Chef with extensive experience in American cuisine and fast food.

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual to develop our menu, monitor cost and quality, and manage the team and inventory.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and update the menu to meet customer expectations.
  • Monitor food quality and ensure highstandard dishes.
  • Manage the kitchen team and train new chefs.
  • Monitor and analyze food costs and work on improving efficiency.
  • Manage inventory and storage, ensuring the availability of essential ingredients.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in American cuisine and fast food.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to manage the team effectively.
  • Advanced knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures.
  • Ability to innovate and create new dishes.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
