Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support
  • Organize, compile & update company personnel records and documentation
  • Minimum 1 year experience with knowledge in license renewal, Vehicle renewal, Civil defense renewal, Insurance for Employee's, Visa procedure
  • Should speak English, Hindi. Arabic knowledge is advantage.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong Admin skills & Able to independently do diverse research
  • Flexibility and adaptability

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
