Responsibilities of a Sous Chef in Charge:
- Manage all activities in the kitchen, including pastries preparation and production, and management and training of kitchen staff.
- Ensure efficient, costeffective operation and profitability of food production.
- Assist the head chef in Supervising and inspecting all preparation and cooking equipment on a regular basis to ensure that they are kept clean, sanitary, and in perfect operating order.
- Ensure that food products (pastry, bakery), presentation are of the highest quality, and are prepared to dispatch in a timely manner.
- Assure kitchen personnel is responsible and can work with no to little experience
Experience & skills we value:
- Chef De Partie or Sous Chef experience in the UAE.
- Strong Supervisory skills.
- Excellent Planning & Organizational skills
- Great communication skills.
- Full operational and team involvement.
Pay:
From AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
