Established in 2018, a group of coffee connoisseurs united with the purpose of providing people with an experience to remember and the intention to spread people's message.


With a warm atmosphere, Dark Door is a destination fit for coffee enthusiasts around the UAE looking for an exceptional experience to share along with the best specialty coffees and pastries.


Responsibilities of a Sous Chef in Charge:

  • Manage all activities in the kitchen, including pastries preparation and production, and management and training of kitchen staff.
  • Ensure efficient, costeffective operation and profitability of food production.
  • Assist the head chef in Supervising and inspecting all preparation and cooking equipment on a regular basis to ensure that they are kept clean, sanitary, and in perfect operating order.
  • Ensure that food products (pastry, bakery), presentation are of the highest quality, and are prepared to dispatch in a timely manner.
  • Assure kitchen personnel is responsible and can work with no to little experience

Experience & skills we value:

  • Chef De Partie or Sous Chef experience in the UAE.
  • Strong Supervisory skills.
  • Excellent Planning & Organizational skills
  • Great communication skills.
  • Full operational and team involvement.

Pay:
From AED5,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
