Description
Receives, handles and/or transfers calls from customers. This includes taking bookings, handles enquiries about services and price list.- Coordinates the scheduling of maids.
- Prepares the daily roster for maids. This includes examining regular work assignments; identifying vacant time for ladies.
- Supervises female workforce.
- Follows up on work of maids, calls clients, reports to the head of the department regarding complaints from clients, monitors and records absences.
- Raises requisitions for the purchase of cleaning materials and uniforms. Checks received materials against requisitions.
- Preparing monthly invoices for the client.
- Prepares monthly list of the maids (time sheet), showing hours worked, special payments, absences (deductions).
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Salary:
AED2,500.00 per month
