Job Summary:

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our sales lead generation process.

Your primary role will involve assessing the quality of leads, assigning them to the sales team, and ensuring timely and accurate follow-up.

You will collaborate closely with the sales team, gathering feedback on lead quality, and implementing strategies to improve overall sales performance.

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to determine the viability and potential of each lead for our services.
  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, online platforms, and referrals.
  • Actively reach out to prospects, presenting our services and guiding them through the business setup process.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and provide accurate information and guidance on company formation, licensing, visa processing, PRO services, and other related matters.
  • Assign leads to the appropriate Business consultant based on their expertise, availability, and workload.
  • Maintain a centralized lead tracking system, ensuring accurate and uptodate information on leads, status, and assignment.
  • Follow up with the sales team regularly to gather feedback on lead quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and optimize the lead qualification process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs, provide assistance, and gather feedback.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and sales conversion.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales coordination or Sales, preferably in a business setup or consultancy company.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess lead quality and potential accurately.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the sales team and clients.
  • Detailoriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and lead tracking systems.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a passion for achieving targets.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of multiple languages would be an advantage.

Salary:
From AED5,000.00 per month
