We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Accountant who is fluent in Arabic and English to join our team.


As Accountant at MHM Real Estate, you will be an integral part of our finance team, contributing to the effective financial management and operations of our brokerage and property management services.

This role involves with financial documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Preparing financial statements and reports.
  • Conduct routine accounting duties, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and tracking payments.
  • Support budget preparation and financial forecasting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and assist in VAT return preparations.
  • Collaborate with external auditors during audit processes.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
  • Help implement internal financial controls and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the senior accounting team.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members in both Arabic and English.

Qualifications:


  • Can join immediately (at least 23 weeks time )
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of accounting experience in real estate brokerage or property management.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
