Seeking an Experienced Accountant with VAT Expertise for our Real Estate Firm


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain precise financial records for real estate transactions
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue streams
  • Handle VAT compliance and reporting
  • Collaborate with our real estate team on financial strategies
  • Ensure all financial practices align with VAT regulations

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA certification preferred
  • Proven experience in real estate accounting and VAT
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
