Japanese or Korean restaurant experience is required.

A restaurant server is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests in the restaurant.

The job duties of a restaurant server may include:

Greeting customers as they arrive and escorting them to their tables
Presenting menus and answering questions about menu items and specials
Taking customer orders accurately and inputting them into the point of sale (POS) system
Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
Checking back with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their meals and drinks
Processing payments and making change accurately
Keeping tables clean and tidy, resetting them for the next customers
Assisting with opening and closing duties such as setting up and breaking down the dining area
Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
Upselling menu items or promoting specials to increase revenue
Adhering to health and safety regulations and procedures, including proper food handling and storage
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner

To be successful as a restaurant waitress, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have a positive attitude, and be able to work well under pressure.

You should also be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:
AED2, AED3,500.00 per month

Experience:

- waitressing: 3 years (required)

Japanese restaurant: 2 years (required)
Korean restaurant: 2 years (required)
