Description

We're looking for an experienced Female Call Center Agent who is proficient in Arabic and English to join our team.

You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, and providing exceptional service.


Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of call center experience in Real estate Sector.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English languages (spoken and written).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent customer service and listening skills.
- experience in using MS Office including word and Excel

  • Knowledge of CRM software is mandatory.

Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
