Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with high schools, community organizations, and other potential sources of student referrals.
  • Sales Presentations_
  • Conduct compelling and informative presentations about our educational programs to prospective students and their families.
  • Highlight the unique features and benefits of our institution to address the needs and aspirations of potential students.
  • Admissions Advising:_
  • Assist students in making informed decisions about their educational goals.
  • Application Processing_
  • Sales Targets_
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
  • Implement effective strategies to convert inquiries into enrolled students.

Qualifications
-
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Student admissions, recruitment, or related role
:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Education, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong sales and persuasion skills with the ability to influence and convert leads.
  • Familiarity with educational programs and admissions processes.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

Salary:

AED2, AED2,500.00 per month
