ONIX ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY is looking for Receptionist/Secretary/Admin Staff who will manage the front desk on a daily basis as well as who will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
  • Calculate wages, overtime pay, and deductions and ensure accurate processing of payroll.
  • Monitor's monthly expenses especially on DEWA, ETISALAT, & DU, Office Rental dues, and any other company related expenses.

Salary:
AED1.00 per month


Experience:

- receptionist/secretary: 1 year (preferred)


Language:


  • Arabic (preferred)
