Description
Obtaining and developing initial project brief into a concept proposal. Presenting the final brief along with design implications to the stakeholders/client.

  • Defining the creative and conceptual direction for projects while ensuring compliance with broader vision of Binghatti Group.
  • Ensuring design development and documentation is aligned with Binghatti Group best practices and quality control.
  • Collaborate with Design Studio team members to promote interdisciplinary design approach and enhance coordination within various departments of Binghatti Group.
  • Liaising with statutory authorities (DM, DCD, DSO, DCCA, etc.) for smooth running of projects.
  • Regular site visits along with lead Architects.
  • Develop and review planning strategies, organizational policies, project budgets, branding and design guidelines/standards.
  • Directing and managing teams by effective delegation of work.
  • Mentor design teams and monitor their performance for enhancing productivity.

Competencies:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD/Revit, MS Office with minimum 7 years of experience.
  • Familiarity with visualization and presentation software like Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar.
Familiarity with Primavera / MS Project would be an added advantage.

  • Strong imagination and analytical skills.
  • Good sense of business acumen to advise and guide clients as required.
  • Visual awareness and an eye for details.
  • Adaptability to develop collaborative relationships.
  • Strong leadership, relationship management and mentoring skills.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai International City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
