Responsibilities:


  • Achieve sales targets.
- interview, and select new recruits for the sales team.

  • Conduct sales meetings to monitor progress; facilitate communication; provide representatives with a forum to network; provide training.
  • Control and monitor the implementation of sales strategies and tactics and provide feedback and market intelligence to the Marketing department.
  • Maintain contact with key accounts; identify opportunities for corporate marketing and cultivate as appropriate.
  • Effectively communicate with all levels of staff via staff meetings, written communications, and oneonone communication.
  • Interact and work with management/ employees to promote teamwork.

Requirements:


  • Sales experience in Aesthetic products is mandatory.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Must be fluent in Arabic and English
  • Valid UAE driving license is a must.

Salary:
Up to AED22,000.00 per month


Experience:


  • Sales: 5 years (preferred)
- clinical Skincare products: 3 years (preferred)


Language:


  • English (preferred)
