Salesforce Developer Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with sales team, admin team, finance team, projects team, and Directors to determine and understand CRM needs.
  • Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
  • Creating timelines and development goals.
  • Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
  • Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce staff.
  • Designing and implementing complex reports and dashboards to offer valuable insights to management and end-users.
  • Collaborating with technofunctionals to gather and understand business requirements, and then design and implement Salesforce solutions to meet those needs, including DocuSign and Nintex Drawloop integration.

Assisting in the development and enforcement of data governance policies and procedures.

  • Managing and resolving escalated support requests and system issues promptly.
  • Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and offering support to end-users.
  • Leading data management efforts, including data cleansing, deduplication, and migration.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation related to system configuration, deployments, and processes.
  • Keeping up to date with Salesforce releases, DocuSign, Nintex Drawloop, and best practices to ensure our instance remains current and efficient.
  • Admin Certification is a requirement.
  • Advanced Admin and Developer certification is preferred.
  • Leading deployments of changes and enhancements in a controlled and efficient manner.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
  • Managing sandbox instances such as creating and refreshing the sandboxes.
  • User Management with suitable Roles and Profile.
  • Documenting user guides for support activities.
  • Exposure to performing RCA for issues reported in Production.

Salesforce Developer Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering. Preferably Salesforce certified.
  • Mandatory experience in UAE Real estate domain.
  • Experience developing customer-facing interfaces.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms.
  • Proficient in MYSQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native, and VisualForce.
  • Working knowledge of mavens Mate or eclipse.
  • Good knowledge of the additional plugins required for Salesforce.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to project manage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Big Data.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Project management skills.
  • Ability to liaise with non-programmers.
