Responsibilities:
Develop and execute visually appealing in-store displays to attract and engage customers.
Collaborate with the VM and marketing team to ensure consistency between visual displays and promotional campaigns.
Maintain and update visual standards to reflect changes in merchandise assortments and seasonal promotions.
Arrange and organize store layouts to optimize traffic flow and enhance the customer experience.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the sales team to ensure adequate stock is available for display.
Stay informed about current industry trends and incorporate innovative visual merchandising techniques.
Train store staff on visual merchandising standards and guidelines.
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
Retail Fashion Visual Merchandiser: 3 years (required)
- Fashion, apparel, footwear VM: 3 years (required)
Language:
- English (required)
Ability to Commute:
- Dubai (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Dubai: Relocate before starting work (required)
