PRIMARY PURPOSE

  • Will play a vital role in generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and closing sales over the phone. Telesales Agents' goal will be to promote our real estate offerings, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall growth and success of our company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and engage in proactive telesales activities.
  • Build and maintain a database of prospective customers.
  • Introduce and promote our real estate properties and services.
  • Explain key features and benefits of our offerings and address any customer inquiries.
  • Qualify leads and schedule property viewings for interested clients.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication to nurture relationships.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and achieve overall company goals.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, industry updates, and competitors' activities.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring "safe systems of work" and "safe conditions" are in place within area of responsibility.
  • Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPIERENCE

Educational Requirements / Qualifications:


  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred for the Telesales Agent position.

Experience:


  • 13 years in telesales or customer service roles, preferably in the real estate industry.

Skills and Competencies:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and handle rejection.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
Knowledge of the real estate market in the United Arab Emirates is advantageous.
