Job Brief:

Architectural Draftsman Duties:
Proactively meet deadlines
Provide accurate, timely, and efficient work
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Review project specifications for accuracy and completeness
Develop original drawings for projects
Maintain knowledge of all building codes
Provide clients with accurate and detailed drawings
Promote a positive and professional image

Architectural Draftsman Responsibilities:
Prepare basic drawings and illustrations, sketches and diagrams, schematics and conceptual drawings, working drawings, and design proposals for clients in various architectural media
Convert architect's concept into architectural drawings, using computer-assisted drafting and design software
Work with architects and other engineering professionals to achieve design goals
Verify dimensions, scale, space relationships, and material quantities
Manage project schedules and ensure timely delivery of product
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
Work with other team members to complete tasks and meet deadlines
